2004 Edition of the Constitution VACANCIES
If the office of any Director or Officer of the Association becomes
vacant by reason of death, resignation, disqualification or otherwise, the
remaining Directors shall elect a successor who shall hold office during the
unexpired term of this predecessor and until his successor is elected and
qualified. However, if a vacancy on
the Board of Directors coincides with the Annual Meeting, the unexpired portion
of the vacated position shall be filled by a vote of the members at the annual
meeting. |
